Dr. Rachel Deleveaux is a seasoned strategist with over two decades of experience in strategic planning and organizational culture development across higher education, non-profit organizations, and for-profit companies. With an academic foundation in Education, Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from leading institutions, Rachel excels at designing and implementing strategies that align organizational goals with culture transformation and long-term growth.
Throughout her career, Rachel has consistently identified areas of opportunity, optimizing policies, and enhancing practices to drive performance and operational excellence. Her ability to build cohesive teams, develop effective strategies, and lead organizations through change has been instrumental in her success, particularly in the for-profit sector, where she spent over 15 years honing her skills in leadership, team building, and customer engagement.
Rachel’s expertise in creating dynamic, high-performing cultures extends to her work in higher education, where she has helped institutions develop leadership programs and foster environments that promote innovation and collaboration. Her doctoral research further contributed to the development of a mentoring program designed to support leadership and professional growth.
With a strategic mindset and a forward-looking approach, Rachel has also contributed to advisory councils and organizational initiatives that prioritize culture alignment and performance optimization. Her work continues to empower organizations to thrive by fostering adaptive, results-driven environments that can navigate today’s complex challenges.
Dr. Tia Lites is currently the Principal of the Helen Y. Davis Leadership Academy Charter Public School in Boston, MA; which is the only Historically Black College/ University schematically themed Middle School in its District. In Addition to her Secondary School Leadership, Tia is a Practicum Professor & Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts-Boston within the Graduate School of Education/ Educational Administration Program. In 2021, Tia founded "Dr.LitesProEd.com" to support culturally proactive Educators based on her professional practice using the Culturally Responsive School Leadership Framework within her own school community.
Tia is a Newton Public Schools graduate (Class of 2001) and former METCO Student. Upon graduation, she was awarded a Presidential Scholarship to Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, where she earned her BA in Communication Arts & Marketing. In 2005, Tia was inducted into Alpha Kappa Mu National Honors Society. With her HBCU undergraduate experience complete, she returned to Massachusetts and earned a Master of Business Management from Cambridge College (2007) and a Master of Education from Lesley University (2010). Tia earned her Doctorate in Education in 2020; her defense was based on her research/data on positive outcomes for inner city Black students in urban schools where there are Black Principals or Vice Principals leading.
Her devotion is advancing successful, evidence-based practices in teaching and learning for students of color by fostering academic advancement pathways, creating a professional development pipeline designed to promote pedagogical experimentation, and designing creative delivery methods for quality instructional practices. In continuation of her work in education, she currently holds a position on the Think Kids Advisory Council through Mass General Hospital, an Educational Advisory and Curriculum Writing role for the H.E.Y. (High Energy Young) Sister Girls’ Empowerment Program at Sportsmen’s Tennis & Enrichment Center, and is a SXSW (South By Southwest) 2022 Speaker where she will be co-presenting on dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline.
Dr. Alyssa Copp-Putnam has worked in urban public education for the entirety of her career, and has 10 years of experience with organizational transformation. Originally from central New York, Alyssa earned her BA in English Education and her MS in Inclusive Special Education from Syracuse University. Dr. Copp- Putnam achieved her doctorate in Education with a concentration in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning and Leadership at Northeastern University, with her dissertation research focused on organizational transformation and turnaround.
Having served as an educator and leadership coach, Alyssa feels most at home designing learning experiences that contribute to the professional growth and development of others. Amidst the shift to virtual learning 2020, Alyssa participated in a state-wide collaborative effort to design a culturally responsive remote teaching and learning framework for k-12 education. Using this framework, Dr. Purnam designed and delivered a fully remote problem based learning course for high school students in Massachusetts during the pandemic.
Alyssa is passionate about instructional design, and she believes that a holistic approach to individual professional learning directly contributes to organizational transformation.
